One of our most anticipated events of the year, Angliss High Tea, is back!
The annual event brings the Institute's brightest students from areas such as Foods, Hospitality and Events to showcase their skills with the wider Angliss community.
The tradition calls for patisserie students to develop recipes, practice techniques and serve their best culinary creations to date. With this year's theme, 'Follow The Spice Trail', guests can expect a celebration of colour and bold flavours brought by native spices and more.
Our Events and Hospitality students will further elevate the experience by bringing the theme alive with table styling and impeccable front of house service on the day.

What to expect
2:30pm – Tour of Angliss (optional). Step inside our industrial training kitchens, chocolate lab and our Indigenous Culinary Garden.
3:00pm – Welcome drinks in the Angliss Restaurant foyer.
3:30pm – Guests to be seated and high tea starts
