PAYMENT DEADLINES

You must pay your fees in full by your due date. Upon enrolment, you will be able to view your due dates and pay your fees under "My Finances" tab on eStudent.

You may be eligible to apply for a Payment plan. If you want to use this option, you must complete your application prior to your due date.

Please note that if your enrolment is processed after due date, your invoice will be due immediately, therefore a payment will be required straight away.

If you miss a payment deadline, a sanction (restriction) will be applied to your student record, which may prevent you from accessing systems, receiving results, academic transcripts, statement of attainment, graduating and re-enrolling. Your enrolment can also be at risk if you miss a payment deadline.

CENSUS DATE

The census day for a course, or a part of a course (e.g. unit), is predetermined and is the last day you can:

• Complete the eCAF to apply for a VET Student Loan (VSL) (For eligible students in Diploma and above courses).
• Withdraw your enrolment without incurring a debt for the course or part of the course

If you have not submitted a completed Request for a VET Student Loan on or before the census date, you WILL NOT be entitled to the loan for that unit and will therefore be required to pay the fee in full by this date.
