Refunds
In order to be eligible for a refund, the withdrawal for your course or unit must be lodged no later than the respective Census date.
Students who withdraw after census date will be responsible for outstanding fees. Also, students with a VET Student Loan or FEE-HELP will remain liable for the debt if withdrawal is lodged after census.
Please refer to the Refunds Matrix table below, which provides further details on refunds.
For more information on how to obtain a refund, withdrawal dates and census dates please contact the Information Centre or your Student Management Centre.

Once logged in and in the My Finances tab you will need to look at your due dates which are equivalent to your census dates.
Any students who do not officially withdraw from their enrolment in writing, and have fees outstanding after the withdrawal date will still be liable for their enrolment fees.
