Biography
Zdenka Gabrielova is a lecturer at the Faculty of Higher Education at William Angliss Institute, where her work focuses on delivering Resort and Hotel Management education. With over a decade of experience in the accommodation sector, she offers a wealth of expertise cultivated through extensive work across various operational departments across internationally renowned organisations. Zdenka holds undergraduate and postgraduate qualifications in business studies from Edith Cowan University. Furthermore, her current research pursuits concentrate on area of operations management, collaborative learning and case-based methodologies, alongside scholarly practice in teaching and learning.
