Biography
Tim O’Donnell specialises beverage management and sensory education for the hospitality industry. He completed a Master of Business Administration at RMIT University in 2022 and holds a Diploma of Wine and Spirits from the Wine and Spirits Education Trust. Tim has over 20 years industry experience across Australia and New Zealand, in wine and beverage within high-end dining establishments. He sits on the national executive committee for Sommeliers Australia, where he continues to engage with industry leaders across the country. Tim’s research interests include cultural identity in sensory assessment and mental imagery in sensory education.
