Biography
Ngaire Griggs joined the William Angliss Institute in 2018, she brings a unique blend of academic knowledge, and hands-on experience to the field of tourism. With a Master’s in Tourism from Monash University and a Bachelor of Environmental Science (Sustainability and Management), Ngaire delivers lectures with practical insights gained from a rich background in travel. Before stepping into teaching, she guided tours across Australia's iconic destinations like Phillip Island, the Great Ocean Road, and Kangaroo Island. This firsthand experience in adventure tourism not only deepens Ngaire's understanding of the industry but also enriches the learning experience for students. Her research contributions, include studies on millennials' engagement with national parks and peer learning in the Higher Education space.
