Kristin's journey in the hospitality industry spans more years than she might acknowledge, starting with her early days mixing drinks in upscale Melbourne bars. Recognized for her leadership skills, she has successfully managed large teams in prestigious bars and venues. Kristin has become a thought leader in venue management, with a remarkable skill set in construction and maintaining high standards. As a Hospitality Lecturer at William Angliss Institute, she shares this expertise to nurture the next generation of professionals. Additionally, she serves as a Sustainability Specialist, guiding students towards mastering sustainable practices in the industry.
