VET International Enrolment
We are delighted to welcome you to William Angliss Institute of TAFE (WAI). This page will take you through the steps of registration and set up your ongoing William Angliss password.
1. Login to eStudent
New William Angliss Students
- Your username is your William Angliss Student ID Number
- Your initial enrolment password is your date of birth in the format DDMMYYYY. At the end of this process you will set up your initial password for all William Angliss systems.
Continuing William Angliss Students
- Your username is your William Angliss Student ID Number
- If your existing password does not work (or you can’t remember it), use the Password Management Portal to reset your password.
2. Confirm, Edit and Add Personal Details
3. Set up your password to use for all WAI systems.
- If you are new to William Angliss, after you have enrolled in subjects your William Angliss account will be set up overnight. You will then need to use the Password Management Portal to set up your initial William Angliss password.
- Once set up, this password and your Student number will enable you to logon to the following systems:
- mywai (student portal)
- Computer Access
- eStudent
- Learning Resource Centre (LRC)
- William Angliss Campus Wi-Fi
- William Angliss student email
4. Student ID Card
If you are new to William Angliss you will need to get a William Angliss Student ID Card to use around campus and at the Learning Resource Centre (LRC). You may receive an email from us giving you the option to upload a photo prior to Orientation. If you upload a suitable photo, your Student ID card will be included in your Orientation Pack. If there is no card in your Orientation Pack you will need to visit the Information Centre between 9am and 4pm Monday to Friday to get your Student Card.
5. Attend International Orientation
Please refer to the Orientation Invitation sent to you by our International Office for the dates and times you are required to attend. Please note that you are required to attend the International Orientation as well as the Faculty Orientation.
