Join us from 9 - 12 September, for a week packed with enjoyable activities designed to help you relax and rejuvenate your mind, body, and soul before your end-of-semester assignments and exams. Each day features a unique activity for you to unwind and recharge. 

Join Roz Rimes and Labradoodles, Rafa and Lucille, for relaxing Dog Therapy, hear Leah Sheppard, a Beyond Blue speaker, share her personal journey with mental health and support as part of World Suicide Prevention Day. Enjoy a complimentary massage from our skilled therapists and add affirmations to our support tree for fellow students and receive a free self-care kit as part of R U Okay Day?
