The Gourmet Farmer comes to Angliss

William Angliss Institute was thrilled to welcome Fat Pig Farm's Matthew Evans and Sadie Chrestman for a very special Farming Feast as part of the 2018 Melbourne Food and Wine Festival.

Guests were greeted with drinks (including sparkling sake presented by Official Sake Ambassador Andre Bishop) and starters in the Angliss culinary garden, followed by a shared plate feast featuring dishes offered at Fat Pig Farm. Guests then heard from Matthew about how he and Sadie started Fat Pig Farm, and how they continue to remain connected to their local community.
